We welcome absolute beginners or those simply looking for a relaxing bit of exercise on this very easy paddleboarding experience. The lake-like quality of the Rio Grande around John Dunn bridge will allow for us to paddle up to three miles upstream into very remote and scenic canyon country. Abundant birdlife, wild bighorn sheep, and river otter make this beautiful area their home, and your chances of wildlife spotting is always great in this area.
This is a great family excursion for those with little ones, and an option of a mix of paddleboards and inflatable kayaks is available for those who want to try both or whose group size exceeds 7.
A healthy riverside snack is provided at the end of the trip.
